Nature of Services & Legal Status
Important: We are a private consultancy firm and NOT a government portal, authority, or department.
Perfection Consulting India Private Limited (PCI) provides
paid consultancy, documentation assistance, compliance support, and application guidance
for services such as IEC, FSSAI, MSME/Udyam, GeM, and other allied registrations.
- We do not issue any government certificate or license ourselves.
- Final approval, rejection, or issuance is done solely by the respective government authority or portal.
- All payments made on this website are strictly for professional consultancy and processing assistance.
Service Initiation Policy
Service is considered initiated once any internal or external action is taken after payment.
- Case allocation or ticket creation in our internal system
- Verification call, WhatsApp, email, or document checklist shared
- Document review, formatting, drafting, or eligibility analysis started
- Any portal-level activity or backend preparation performed
Once service initiation begins, the order becomes
non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Window
Cancellation is allowed only within 2 hours of successful payment,
and only if service initiation has not started.
- Cancellation requests after service initiation are not accepted.
- Wrong service/package selection does not guarantee cancellation.
- Customer is advised to read service details carefully before making payment.
Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
- Duplicate payment made for the same service.
- Payment deducted but no service initiation within 5 working days
(excluding delays caused by non-response or missing documents).
- Application rejection caused solely due to an internal processing error by PCI.
Refunds are discretionary and subject to internal verification, logs, and compliance checks.
Strictly Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Service initiation already completed.
- Incorrect, incomplete, false, or mismatched information provided by the client.
- Client is unreachable or fails to respond to verification calls/emails.
- Rejection due to government rules, eligibility conditions, or policy changes.
- Government or third-party fees paid on behalf of the client.
- Consultation delivered, drafting done, or professional effort already invested.
Chargebacks, Disputes & Legal Compliance
Important Legal Notice:
Raising false chargebacks or payment disputes after availing services may result in
legal action and evidence submission to banks and authorities.
- We maintain complete service logs, communication records, and processing timestamps.
- Evidence may be shared with payment gateways, banks, and law-enforcement agencies.
- Applicable laws include:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Relevant Cyber Crime & Financial Fraud provisions
